Corporate Content Documentation

Corporate Content Resource

I collabortively created content governance framework for corporate content to fill a gap we identified where corporate user's need weren't being met by the existing consumer-oriented content documentation.

Content governance is the system of policies, processes, standards, and roles an organization uses to manage its digital content from planning and creation to distribution and disposal. It ensures content is consistent, accurate, relevant, and aligned with business goals across all platforms. Our company has a robust documentation and resources that serves consumer interfaces well. However, it didn't always serve the unique needs of our corporate users, who are professionals using our platform to do their jobs. They need content that is concise, professional, and more techinical that consumer guidance provides. To bridge this gap, we created a resource to document content our process, patterns, terminology.

This new resource provides our corporate users with the precise information they need to navigate our platform effectively. It includes detailed explanations of technical terms, and best practices for using our tools. By focusing on the specific requirements of our corporate users, we are ensuring that they have the necessary tools and knowledge to maximize their productivity and achieve their professional objectives. In addition, this resource serves as a living document that will be continually updated to reflect changes in our platform, emerging trends in the industry, and feedback from our users.

We believe that by fostering a culture of continuous improvement and responsiveness to user needs, we can enhance the overall experience for our users, empowering them to use our platform to its fullest potential. Our commitment to effective content governance not only enhances the quality of our resources but also ensures that we meet the distinct demands of our corporate audience, ultimately driving better outcomes for all stakeholders involved.
